Keep your USB flash drives protected against autorun threats

USB Flash Drive Autorun Antivirus is an antivirus utility for your USB flash drive. After you have installed the program and you start it you notice that it has a very simple and well organized interface.

In Scan you are provided the option to scan all of your drives. You just have to select one and then press the Scan button.

Now switching to the Clean category here you can clean all the drives that are infected with all kind of viruses.

The next category is Immunize. Here by installing an autorun.inf file you may prevent future infections. To take advantage of this security module just press the Install button.

USB Flashdrive Autorun Antivirus also gives you the option to repair your system. Basically this is done by repairing the sections damaged by a virus infection.

In the What to Repair field you can choose exactly what do you want to be fixed.

Now taking a look at Tools, here you are provided a set of utilities. There are Application Tools which consist of Autorun Suppressor and Permanently Disable Autorun.

By opening Autorun Suppressor and enabling this security module you can stop autorun the moment you insert an USB drive.

In Tools you also have available various System Tools such as: Run, Registry Editor, Task Manager, System Restore, My Computer, Control Panel, MSConfig etc.

Checking out Task Manager, as you can probably guess, here you have listed all the running processes. Through this window you can easily stop the ones that you don't want to run anymore.

In the last category, Options, you can only change the color theme of the program. If you want to update the software this can be done very easily by entering in Menu, which is located at the bottom of the main window at left. Here just click on the Check for Updates button.

At the end of this review i must admit that i like USB Flash Drive Autorun Antivirus. It is extremely easy to use, is light on your system resources and provides excellent security measures against autorun viruses.
