Top notch FTP client that comes with a wide variety of features

SmartFTP Client is a file transfer protocol client for Windows.

The program has a user friendly interface and because of this moving files across the internet or uploading them to a server is pretty easy.

This FTP client has included support for some of the best security standards.

The software works with SSL/TLS encryption as well as the PGP, FTPS, CCC protocols.

The application also supports various type of firewalls: Raptor, CSM, Zone Alarm, Norton, McAfee and Kerio.

SmartFTP Client comes with various useful features.

You can choose from numerous FTP connections, passive mode and site to site transfers, download or upload various files etc.

The GUI (Graphical User Interface) has two panels.

The one in the right side can be used to navigate through your computer content and the other one for the FTP servers.

The program has included support for Universal Plug and Play and it can manage numerous connections.

What i really like about the software is that it offers you the opportunity to schedule downloads or uploads to various servers and the fact that it supports drag-and-drop transfers.

Some other features that this application includes are: SSL (Implicit/Explicit), Proxy Firewall and Remote Directory caching.

What i forgot to mention is that this FTP client has also support for FXP (File eXchange Protocol) and IPv6 (Internet Protocol version 6).

The main interface is available in a wide variety of languages including Spanish, Chinese, Bulgarian, German, Italian, Czech and Russian.

If you want to find out more about the program or you have encountered some issues in using it, there is an extensive help section which includes user forums, tutorials and a searchable knowledgebase.

SmartFTP Client is without a doubt an excellent program.

It has a user friendly interface, plenty of useful features and excellent security standards.

The only thing that i can see wrong with this software is the fact that for a beginner the amount of settings and features is a little bit overwhelming.
