Resize and rename your pictures extremely easy and fast

Digital Image Tool is an application that is very useful when you want to apply to your pictures various resizing methods such as rotation, cropping, scaling, renaming and watermarking.

The moment you start the application your are welcomed by a nice looking interface. All the main functions are well arranged and pretty accessible.

Now lets take a look at the resizing functions. If you want to Resize a picture first you have to load one into the program. This is extremely easy as you just need to press the plus button.

A window appears in which you will have to navigate to the folder where you have stored various pictures. The moment you have load up one it will be displayed inside the program.

You can choose to scale the image to various dimensions or you can add a custom size for the picture. You can also rotate it and apply crop. Beside that you can set the quality for the photo.

Switching to Watermark, here you can add various copyrights to the picture. You can select from two default ones or you can add your own copyright.

If you add your own you can choose to place it in various areas of the image. However if you don't want to add copyright you can easily press the On/Off button.

In the Tag Images category basically you can name the picture that you have selected. You can choose to add the default filename and the date or you can Add Custom Text.

When you have finished with all of this steps you may press the Update Preview button to see a preview of the modified picture and if you are satisfied with the changes just press Process, which is located near the top of the window at left.

The moment you click on the Process button you will have to decide if you want the changes to be applied to the current image or to all of them.

Next a window appears where you will have to set the location where you want your photo to be saved. If you don't want to follow all of this steps and you just want for instance to resize it you can very easily do that.

When you have finished with the procedure just press Process. What i like about the program is that you can add a bunch of pictures and apply this modifications to all of them.

In the Rename field as you can probably guess you can rename the picture and in Options the only thing that can be done is to set the Default Save Location.

I have to say that Digital Image Tool is a very good program. It has a very nice interface, is easy to use and it offers useful resizing functions. On the downside there are not to many options available.

-you can load up into the program a bunch of pictures

Bad:

-not to many options
