Light and efficient PC timer.
Switch Off is an application with which you are able to automatically shut down your own computer. From the start what i really like about this program is the fact that the installer has a very small size. Basically it has under 200KB.
Despite its size don't believe that this is a useless program because it isn't. It is definitely not the most advanced and complicated PC timer but it is extremely efficient.
The moment you have finished to install it and you start the program you are announced that it already runs. By clicking on the Switch Off icon you can access all the functions of this very cool application.
The program has basically two functions: select schedule and select action. Both of them work together. Basically you can schedule the program to shut down, restart, log off, sleep, lock your PC daily, weekly, once etc.
Beside those there are other cool functions such as countdown, no computer activity and no user activity. Beside that you can choose the program to perform various actions at logon and at startup.
Other cool options that Switch Off has are "force application to close, warn me before executing action and run only when current user is logged on".
During the review i found these functions to be extremely useful. Once you have chosen the desired settings the only thing left to do is to press "enable task".
I have to say that this is a top notch PC timer. It installs very fast and has some excellent functions. The only thing wrong with this program is that it takes a while until you figure out how to combine the schedules with the actions.
