Apex All in One PDF Tools is a suite of PDF utilities for your Windows-based system.

First, add into the program a PDF document. You can either use File, which is located in the top left corner of the main window or you can press on the interface the Add PDF file button.

The application allows you to add an entire folder with PDFs or just a couple of files.

You have various tools which can be used on the loaded documents: Split, Merge, Delete, Extract, Combine, Change (Page Size, PDF Meta Properties), Security (Password Protect), Watermark and Bookmark.

After you have picked the desired tool, at the bottom of the interface click on Take Action. When doing that, a window appears in which you will be able to select a location where to save the modified PDF file.

Without a doubt that the software offers an impressive selection of tools, however the main problem is that when using most of them in the demo version of the utility, on your PDF pages will appear the "Demo" text.

The only function that when it's used does not display that message, is Watermark. The Security feature that allows you to protect the document with a password, is not available in this edition of the program.

The big drawback is that, when using the demo variant of the utility, on your PDF pages will appear the address of the software's site and also the Demo text.
