Convert your favorite MP3's in various file formats

Fast Audio Converter is an application with which you are able to convert all of your favorite music in various audio file formats. Using the program's interface is definitely not very hard as all the functions are pretty accessible.

To convert for instance an MP3 all that you have to do is the press the Add File(s) to batch button. A window will appear in which you will have to navigate to the folder where you know that you have stored MP3's or something similar.

The moment you have selected a file click Open or double click on it. Your audio file will be displayed in the main window of the program.

Right below this you will be able to enter various information about the song such as Title, Artist, Album, Copyright, Year, Genre etc. After you have filled all this details, at right you have the converting options.

You can choose to convert you MP3 file to MP3, WMA, OGG, WAV, APE and FLAC. Also here you can set the location where you want this process to be performed.

Other settings that can be found here are Normalize volume level and Use default settings for all input formats. After you have made all the settings all that is left to do is to press the converting button.

This is located under settings at the top of the main window in the left side. Fast Audio Converter also allows you to add an entire folder with audio files that you want to be converted.

Taking a look at the settings of the program here you can make various modifications. You can set the output folder, output template, add the converted files to a playlist (this can be a Winamp or Window Media playlist), enable normalization etc.

The application also gives you the options to delete the source file after the conversion procedure and delete converted file from batch. If you want to know more about this software at any time you can check out the Help section.

At the end of this review i have to say that i really like Fast Audio Converter. The interface looks nice, it's easy to use and you can convert your files in various audio formats.

Good:

-fast converting process
-you can add an entire folder with mp3's for the conversion procedure

Bad:

-in the trial version after the conversion process is finished the program shuts down
